This policy covers the Asset Lenz marketing website (www.assetlenz.com), operated by Asset Lenz Inc. It describes what this website collects and why. The Asset Lenz platform itself is governed by the agreements we sign with each client.

What we collect

Demo requests. If you submit the request-a-demo form, we receive the details you enter — name, work email, company, role, and optionally phone number and a message. The form is delivered to our team by Web3Forms, a form relay service that acts as our processor for this purpose. We use your details only to respond to your request and schedule the conversation you asked for. We do not sell them or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referrers, country-level location). It is cookieless and does not track you across other sites.

Video. Video embeds on this site load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and only after you press play. Once a video is playing, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the playback.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and this site has no user accounts.

Retention and your rights

Demo inquiries are kept as ordinary business correspondence. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to the contact below and we will do so.
